Century IP Group seeks a patent agent, patent attorney or staff-scientist for its growing practice worldwide. Candidates with 3-5 years of experience for satellite locations are also considered.

Qualifications: Good technical writing skills. Education or technical background in computer hardware or software. Access to a broadband communication network if applying for satellite position.

Job Description: Review, revise and file patent and trademark applications. Correspondence and communication with clients. Some licensing work, depending on experience. Some filing and client contact may be necessary. Depending on experience, the applicant may assist with litigation cases.
